About the Role...

Mobile across Manchester, Cheshire and the North West, Absolutely Flawless has a team of 15 bridal makeup artists / hair stylists with the need to expand further due to high demand.

Performing over 1000 weddings a year, we are looking for experienced bridal hair and makeup artists to add to our talented freelance community. Team players who will go the extra mile for their clients, with great personalities and people skills to put their brides at ease, whilst also being calm under pressure.

It is important candidates have availability most weekends and increasingly weekdays, for bookings from present day up to 2 years in advance. Please don't apply if you have other ‘full time’ work commitments.

What we require from you...

To carry out professional bridal hair and/or makeup services on a mobile, freelance basis to brides across Greater Manchester, Cheshire and the Northwest - at their wedding venue or location of choice, including any bridal ‘Trials’ prior to the wedding date. We are looking for artists with friendly, open personalities that make brides feel at ease, with...

1 year's experience in hair and/or makeup services.
10+ hair and/or makeup photographs to demonstrate your expertise [No Studio Shots]
A valid UK driving licence.
Own transport.
Willingness to travel upto 1hr from your location.
Clearly spoken English [even if not your first language.]
Valid hair and/or makeup certificate.
Registered as self-employed [or willingness to register]
Public liability insurance
Availability to perform a minimum 30 ‘upto’ 80+ weddings, with special emphasis on the peak wedding months of May to September.
Willingness to respond to enquiries with your availability [Mon-Fri].
Weekend availability.

*c.£18k represents 1 x hair & makeup artist performing 80+ weddings in 1 year.

In Addition...

Representing Absolutely Flawless Bridal Hair & Makeup for the duration of each booking, each contracted artist is afforded protection under a robust set of client ‘terms and conditions’; enforced on your behalf by our management team. Covering but not limited to working conditions, client interaction, payments, travel & timings.

In addition a community network of Absolutely Flawless team members are regularly available to offer support, advice, product tips and offer a wealth of bridal experience.
